Summary Statements:

An exciting role to drive the creative execution of Nice, delivering a customer-centric strategy and a fantastic retail aesthetic. The role has full accountability for in-store execution, delivering exceptional standards and consistency across the full estate. The Visual Merchandising Manager will own seasonal front-of-store launches, be integral to major range launches, and deliver strategic focus through monitoring display evolution and ensuring Nice remains relevant and on top of industry innovations. In addition, the VM Manager will be a key owner of store layout and density optimization. The role leads a team of store-based Visual Merchandisers and will be expected to deliver a set of retail standards that can be regularly audited and improved. The role requires a highly creative individual who can deliver inspiration alongside efficient and effective retailing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in store design, VM origination and execution, trend and storytelling in a retail environment, and a demonstrable understanding of customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities

Design And Implement Inspirational and Engaging in-store displays

• Seasonal launches including front of store and windows
• New range launches
• Cyclical updates based on customer trends and commercial strategy
