As our workload continues to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to provide essential support in managing operations and ensuring smooth daily workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with internal teams and clients. Organizing and maintaining digital files and records. Assisting in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Client Communication : Responding promptly to emails and messages. Handling inquiries professionally and courteously. Assisting in managing client relationships and follow-ups.
- Project Coordination : Collaborating with development and marketing teams to track project progress. Ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Keeping detailed project updates and providing regular reports.
- Digital Marketing Assistance : Assisting with social media management, content creation, and campaign scheduling. Basic SEO tasks, including keyword research and website content updates. Supporting email marketing campaigns and data entry for CRM systems.
- Other Tasks : Handling ad-hoc assignments to support the agency's operations. Researching tools, trends, and competitor activities in development and marketing.

Qualifications & Skills :
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within development or digital marketing industries.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Trello, Asana, or similar.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, basic SEO concepts, and marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Canva.
- Basic understanding of web development tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML / CSS) and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
