As a Video Creator Trainee, you will work alongside our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of video creation, including shooting, editing, and content planning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of high-quality video content for Salla platform
• Learn and apply video editing techniques using industry-standard software
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for video projects for HR department
• Support the team in filming activities by setting up equipment and assisting during shoots
• Help organize and maintain video assets and project files
• Gain experience in analyzing video performance metrics to enhance future projects

Requirements

• Recent graduate or student currently enrolled in a relevant field such as Film Production, Media, Communications, or similar
• Basic understanding of video production processes and equipment
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is a plus
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual media
• Strong content creative skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and open to feedback
