The team

We are seeking an experienced regional Sales Lead, based in the Middle East (ideally Riyadh), to drive sales in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of orchestrating complex transformational deals across various industries, with a focus on the Industrial sector, especially Oil & Gas. Key skills include identifying new business opportunities, relationship-building, and consultative sales.

The role

Leveraging GlobalLogic's extensive offerings, you will identify and shape transformational opportunities, build a high-quality pipeline, and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets. You will cultivate trusted relationships with client CxO leaders and stakeholders, lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and collaborate with internal teams for solutioning and delivery. Staying updated on industry trends and managing sales processes, forecasting, and reports are essential. You will also lead cross-departmental teams on contract renewals, negotiations, and proposals, working with internal and external partners to develop sales strategies that drive profitable growth.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in shaping and leading large deals in Digital Engineering, Data Engineering, and related fields within the Middle East.
  • Experience selling into Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors in the Middle East.
  • A proven record of exceeding sales targets and growing businesses profitably.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build strategic customer relationships.
  • Deep business acumen, technical understanding, and operational excellence.
  • Experience in structuring complex digital and data engineering deals with partners like AWS, Google, and Microsoft.
  • Results-driven, energetic, self-motivated, and independent work ethic.
