The Role
  1. We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Executive, based in the Middle East (ideally Riyadh), to drive sales in KSA for our GlobalLogic business.
  2. This individual should have a proven track record of shaping and selling complex transformational deals across industry verticals, preferably in Oil & Gas.
  3. The role involves identifying and developing new business sales opportunities within assigned target accounts, demonstrating excellent relationship-building and consultative sales skills.
  4. Relevant current experience and executive connections within the Middle East region, alongside a demonstrable success record in the Industrial sector (preferably Oil & Gas), are key for this position.
  5. Leveraging GlobalLogic’s extensive service offerings and capabilities, you will identify and shape transformational opportunities to build a high-quality pipeline, executing strategic account plans to pursue and win deals to meet revenue targets.
  6. You will cultivate trusted relationships with client CxO leaders, decision-makers, and key stakeholders, leveraging these to expand market reach and enhance sales opportunities.
  7. Leading negotiations and closing high-value deals will be your responsibility, working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful solutioning and managing the full opportunity-to-order sales lifecycle.
  8. This position requires staying updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities, managing sales processes, forecasting, and providing regular reports to senior management.
  9. You will also lead cross-departmental teams on contract renewals, negotiations, and client proposals, collaborating across internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that drive profitable growth.
What You’ll Bring
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Middle East region, shaping, leading, and winning large business deals in Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, Data Engineering, Embedded Engineering, and Technology Modernization.
  2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  3. Strong commercial skills including new business development, negotiating, selling, pricing, costing, discount strategies, and sales proposal development.
  4. Deep business acumen for planning business development and strategic discussions, technical background to facilitate solutions design, operational excellence for executing plans, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  5. Deep knowledge of the Middle East services market, particularly in select industry verticals and technology services.
  6. Proven record in structuring complex deals in the digital and data engineering space with eco-system partners.
  7. Understanding of relevant and adjacent digital technologies and competitors’ services.
