Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead and drive the HR strategy for our semi-government organization. This executive role will oversee all aspects of human capital management, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance to support the companys growth and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company&aposs vision, mission, and business objectives.
Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent management, compensation & benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and best HR practices.
