Vertical and Horizontal mobility specialist

JASARA PMC is looking for a skilled Vertical and Horizontal Mobility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing effective mobility solutions within various projects, with a focus on both vertical and horizontal mobility systems. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and manage mobility programs that accommodate both vertical and horizontal movement within the organization.
2. Conduct thorough assessments of existing vertical and horizontal mobility systems and recommend enhancements or new implementations.
3. Collaborate with project teams to integrate mobility solutions into project designs and plans.
4. Develop technical specifications and requirements for mobility systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
5. Analyze user needs and behaviors to optimize mobility designs and user experiences.
6. Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
7. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding mobility system status.
8. Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to mobility plans and standards.
9. Research and stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in mobility solutions.
10. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to mobility systems and project outcomes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in vertical and horizontal mobility systems or related roles.
3. Strong understanding of mobility concepts, transportation systems, and urban planning.
4. Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
9. Knowledge of local, national, and international mobility regulations and standards.
10. Proficiency in relevant software tools for design and analysis.
