Job summary

A global quality-focused manufacturing company in Dammam is seeking a Verification and Control Inspector. This role involves performing quality inspections, reporting results, and supporting manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering and have experience in heat treatment and induction bending. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.

Qualifications

  • Good metallurgical basic knowledge and mechanical testing.
  • Heat treatment experience.
  • Experience defining parameters for heat treatments.
  • Knowledge of verification and documentation and report writing.
  • Experience in induction bending.

Responsibilities

  • Perform verifications and final inspections.
  • Report results of verifications and inspections.
  • Support manufacturing areas on technical matters.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Detect and report any HSE deviations or risks.
  • Act as a reference for process and product quality.
  • Propose solutions to detected problems or risks.
  • Perform product/process/system audits as requested.

Responsibilities
  • Performs the verifications and/or final inspections as applicable.
  • Performs the verifications and/or final inspections as requested.
  • Reports results of the verifications and/or inspections performed.
  • Supports manufacturing areas on technical matters as required.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action taken as part of a quality event.
  • Detects and reports any HSE deviation or risk observed during his/her activities.
  • Acts as a reference in terms of process and product Quality.
  • Proposes solutions to problems or risks detected and follows up and evaluates the effectivenes of the corrective and preventive action taken.
  • Performs product/process/system audits as requested.

  • Knowledge and experience of verification and documentation and report writing.
