About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Operations Executive to support the daily management of our vendor ecosystem. This role will focus on maintaining strong vendor relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, tracking vendor performance, and assisting with onboarding, compliance, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate with vendors on operational matters including onboarding, order processing, payments, and fulfillment.
• Monitor vendor performance through KPIs such as delivery timelines, product quality, and service levels.
• Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, SLAs, certifications, and vendor documentation.
• Support vendor onboarding by ensuring all requirements, training, and systems access are completed.
• Work with internal teams (finance, logistics, legal, etc.) to resolve vendor-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure vendors comply with company policies, procurement processes, and quality standards.
• Generate regular reports on vendor performance, risk factors, and compliance status.
• Participate in the development and optimization of vendor-related workflows and SOPs.
• Assist in identifying new vendor opportunities and support the vetting process.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, operations, procurement, or supply chain (e-commerce/FMCG/retail preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant ERP or vendor management systems.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
