Vendor Management Specialist

The role holder is responsible for Vendors management.

Department: Supply Chain Management.

Location: Riyadh-HQ

Responsible for:

1. Resolve all related issues in SAR Vendor Portal (vendor registrations, documentations submittals, reviews, portal errors, etc.).
2. Coordinate with all related departments (IT, Finance, SS, etc.) to resolve all vendors pending issues.
3. Manage SAR Vendors main email, monitor & reply to all vendors and make sure all their issues are addressed.
4. Continuously improve & enrich SAR Vendors Database with new vendors.
5. Review all new vendors registrations, ensure all required information & certifications are submitted, and approve them in the system.
6. Identify automation improvement opportunities.
7. Address any other related issues assigned by management.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Years of experience: Minimum 4 years and above.

• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
