- A tertiary level qualification from a recognized institution in Communication or relevant field
Years & Nature of Experience
- Recommended 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience demonstrating competencies in UX copywriting for digital products, including websites, mobile apps, or software interfaces.
- Showcase a portfolio demonstrating UX writing skills that drive specific outcomes.
- Passion for quality user-centered writing with great attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Enable high-quality user experience by crafting copy that meaningfully connects with consumers and guides them through each step of their journey.
- Collaborate with UX researchers, designers, developers, and the wider business to bring ideas to life from drafts through prototypes to final copy.
- Define content strategy for products and write clear, concise content across multiple touchpoints, including product names, labels, navigational elements, tutorials, user flows, and notifications.
- Deliver microcopy for functional interactions, focusing on orientation, hierarchy, and clarity within information architecture, wireframes, and interface designs.
- Create and maintain copy usage guidelines, documenting iterations.
- Assist UX researchers in writing clear questions for remote surveys.
- Participate in user research and analyze data from validations such as US research or A/B testing.
- Conduct user research to validate microcopy performance.
- Utilize insights to refine copy to resonate with user needs and enhance user delight.
- Help customers feel welcome and empowered, aligning with D360's tone of voice.
- Advocate for the end user while ensuring business requirements are met.
- Research and define best practices for UI copy continually.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager related to the work.
