UX Researcher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate UX Researcher with a minimum of five years of experience in conducting user experience research, specifically for B2B portals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and be skilled at turning user insights into actionable recommendations that drive business and design decisions. Candidates who have completed intensive training or certifications in UX research are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and field studies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define research goals and deliver user-centered insights.
• Analyze and synthesize data to uncover user behaviors, needs, and pain points specific to B2B user journeys and workflows.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling presentations, reports, and workshops.
• Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process.
• Stay up to date with the latest UX research tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience conducting UX research, particularly for B2B platforms.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI methodologies and tools.
• Completion of advanced or intensive coursework in user experience research.
• Proficiency in conducting a wide range of research techniques and usability testing.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively present user insights.
• Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in psychology, human-computer interaction, design, or a related field.
• Experience with B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise-level solutions.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and data visualization.
