1- Role Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and implementation of a single integrated opportunity within a division, with clear deliverables and expectations.
2- Core Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing materials and presentations for workshops with various stakeholders.
- Report on work performed to manage the output requirements of opportunities.
- Track opportunity progress and provide periodic updates to management.
- Support the implementation of technologies, programs, policies, and assessments to sustain demand for oil, aligning market demand with stakeholders' ability to meet and grow it.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Assess market trends, the competitive landscape, and stakeholder needs to develop targeted business development strategies.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, collaborations, and acquisition opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to drive growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential projects and partnerships by engaging with leads and prospects.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to stakeholders, emphasizing the value of initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders in targeted countries.
- Act as a liaison to foster collaboration and support for energy-related projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with enablers to receive support in relevant areas.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to the mandate.
4- Education:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
5- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in project management or business development roles; industry experience is preferred.
