UI/UX & Graphic Designer Full-time or On-Site Contractor

Role Summary

JMM INNOVATIONS is seeking a highly capable UI/UX & Graphic Designer to create seamless, user-centered digital experiences and deliver compelling visual content across digital and print formats. You'll design and test intuitive interfaces for web, mobile, and enterprise systems, while also producing high-impact visuals for branding, marketing, and communications. This role requires deep experience in large-scale, government-facing projects and the ability to operate fluently in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-fidelity UI interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma and similar tools
• Conduct user research, interviews, persona development, and usability testing to guide product direction
• Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user flows and interaction patterns
• Develop visual content including presentations, social media posts, brochures, brand identities, logos, and motion graphics
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital and print deliverables in alignment with brand guidelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Technology & Delivery Management, and business teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively
• Participate in project planning, scoping, and refinement processes with technical and strategic stakeholders
• Collaborate on design-related business development activities including proposal enhancements, and digital marketing

Requirements

• Must be available to join immediately
• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design and graphic design for digital and print
• Extensive experience in government and large-scale projects is a must
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work and visual design for branding and marketing
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign), and PowerPoints
• Solid understanding of user experience methodologies, usability and design principles, user research methods, accessibility standards, and design thinking
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation for digital platforms
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and effective developer handoff practices
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field
• Professional certifications in UX (e.g., NN/g UX Certification, HFI-CUA, Google UX Design) are highly desirable
