UI/UX Designer

Overview

The UI/UX Designer plays a critical role in the development of user-centered digital products. This position focuses on understanding user needs and creating intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience. As part of a dynamic design team, the UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate complex ideas into visually appealing and functional designs. This role is essential for ensuring that products are not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to navigate and use. With a keen eye for color, typography, and layout, the UI/UX Designer will be responsible for the complete design process, from initial concept through to final implementation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with data-driven design approaches.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
