We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI Designer with over five years of experience designing user interfaces for platforms and portals. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for visual design, experience in building and maintaining design systems, and a deep understanding of user experience principles. Completion of intensive UX design training or certifications is a plus. A portfolio demonstrating past work and design thinking is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to bring ideas to life.
• Translate wireframes, requirements, and concepts into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements, interactions, and overall user experience across products.
• Iterate quickly on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for digital platforms and portals.
• Expertise in visual design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Proven experience building or contributing to design systems.
• Completed intensive UX/UI design coursework or certifications.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• A portfolio showcasing UI work across various digital products.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS to better collaborate with developers.
• Motion/interaction design experience is a plus.
• Experience working in agile teams.
