Description:

Functions as the Aviation Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) under the direction of the Production Control (PC) Manager. The Maintenance Test Pilot (MTP) is responsible for performing Maintenance Test Flights (MTF), Maintenance Operational Checks (MOC), conducting in-flight troubleshooting, and verifying aircraft airworthiness after extensive disassembly for maintenance, repair, replacement, or modification of components or aircraft systems. Typical flights include assessing aircraft power, evaluating power plant health and performance, and verifying the functionality of aircraft components and systems according to technical publications and requirements. The MTP conducts general or limited test flights when ground diagnostics are insufficient to ensure safety and proper functioning of aircraft systems. Responsibilities also include aircraft pre-flight inspections, safe operation of aircraft, proper completion of maintenance records, performing performance calculations, and conducting crew briefings to support aircraft operations, all ensuring safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent training and experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Maintenance Test Pilot, meeting AR 95-20 requirements.
  • Graduate of a US Military maintenance test pilot course relevant to the aircraft type and series.
  • Ability to pass the Army or FAA Class II Flight Physical upon hire and annually thereafter.
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
Additional Requirements:
  • Successful completion of all mandatory medical examinations.
  • Clean criminal record as per Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs requirements for visa eligibility.
  • Passing a drug test and adherence to periodic random drug and alcohol testing policies.
  • Compliance with Saudi Labor Law throughout employment.
