About This Role

About the role

We welcome expressions of interest from UAV Pilot Instructor s for our UAS training delivery program s in Saudi Arabia. Please note we are posting this role to allow interested parties to register interest . We will not be progressing with hiring into this role until we have a firm requirement to fill this position.

The UAV pilot instructor will work as part of a team to provide academic and practical instruction in classroom environment.

In this role you will use your extensive aviation experience, training experience, and varied computer skills (text & graphics), to develop, deliver, and maintain multi-media and computer-assisted courseware packages. This position is customer-facing and is focused on identifying and supporting customers’ needs and requests. Provides training to the customers at Al Majma’ah , Saudi Arabia and resolves a broad range of issues in an autonomous manner. Delivers RPA system training in areas of expertise using a variety of instructional training aids in the classroom environment including the use of multimedia presentations (videos, slides, Power Point), system components and simulators.

Minimum requirements

  • Current/previously rated military pilot or current/previously held FAA/EASA/CAA (Or equivalent CPL/ATPL)

  • Previous experience as an instructor pilot/operator (USAF speciality code “K ”, RAF QFI/QWI or civilian equivalent)

  • Minimum of 1000 hours total pilot/operator flying time simulated and/or live, including a minimum of 500 hours pilot/operator flying time on fixed wing UAV type(s).

  • Minimum of 2 years of UAV and/or UAV-related instructional experience.

  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret the most complex documents. Will be required to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries and feedback.

  • Ability to generate effective oral and written presentations and proposals on complex subjects .

  • Ability to obtain employment visa for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

  • Work environment and physical demands:
