BAE Systems is the UK Government's nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that provide equipment, support, and training to Saudi Arabia. We maintain Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel in operating their aircraft, equipment, and weapons.

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia supports the Saudi Arabian National Agenda, including Saudisation and the development of Saudi National capability through the growth of Saudi National Partner Companies, thereby promoting industrialization and partnerships.

The main responsibilities for the Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulator (CEESIM) role include assisting the RSAF in setting up, operating, and maintaining the Typhoon EWOS capability and training RSAF staff in Typhoon CEESIM modeling.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Key responsibilities include generating, testing, and verifying Typhoon CEESIM models, converting Tornado models to be Typhoon CEESIM compatible, and developing and maintaining processes and procedures.

Reporting to the RSAF T&V Rig Supervisor, the role involves operational and technical aspects, understanding System Engineering, Through Life Capability Management, and converting these into solutions involving organizations, people, and processes.

The candidate should be innovative, capable of creating new processes, and generating solutions where none exist. Influencing both externally and internally is required, along with an understanding of the Prime Contractor role.

Broad engineering expertise, familiarity with the entire lifecycle, and the ability to handle complex engineering issues are essential. An innovative approach to operational, technical, and business challenges is necessary.

Effective collaboration with stakeholders and customers (RSAF and MODSAP) at all levels, motivating multi-disciplinary teams, and knowledge of Export Control Requirements, including handling Export Controlled / ITAR Data, are required.

The role requires awareness-level training in relevant areas.
