Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a TRS Field Operator for the Dammam, Saudi Arabia site. The role involves hands-on operation of casing and tubing strings, hydraulic power tongs, and CRTi tools on a demanding field assignment lasting 12+ months.

Ideal candidates will have 6–8+ years of active field experience on drilling rigs, strong leadership, and the ability to interface with the Company Man while maintaining strict safety standards and operational excellence on the rig floor.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of field experience on onshore or offshore drilling rigs.
• Hands-on experience in running casing and tubing strings and servicing field equipment.
• Strong safety and operational certifications for Level IV operator role.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams during high-risk, high-cost casing and tubing operations on the rig floor.
• Interface with the client (Company Man) and act as primary operations liaison.
• Oversee rig-up/rig-down, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting on site.

We have a new opportunity for "TRS Field Operator" with our client.

Job Title: TRS Field Operator

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Duration: 12+ Months

• Years of experience: Multi-year hands-on experience in oil and gas wellsite or tubular running services (senior levels typically require extensive operational
• Field of experience: Minimum 5yrs to 8yrs
• Technical Skills: Requires deep proficiency in running casing and tubing strings, operating hydraulic power tongs and CRTi tools, performing rig-up/rig-down operations, torque-turn data monitoring, and executing field equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Soft Skills: Lead teams, act as a primary interface with the client (Company Man), and oversee high-risk, high-cost casing and tubing operations on the rig floor
• Tools or Software (Required / Preferred): required tools and software revolve around managing hydraulic power tongs, computerized torque-turn monitoring, and casing drive system
• Education Qualifications: Because a Level IV operator is a hands‑on technical role, standard industry safety and operational certifications are typically required alongside formal education
• Industry Background or Experience (Required / Preferred): 6 to 8+ years of active field experience on onshore or offshore drilling rigs.
