Responsibilities
  • Provide remote technical support for maintenance technicians in identifying the root cause and corrective solutions
  • Provide spare part identification support
  • Support in proximity stock definition for new LIS
  • Provide 24/7 Connected Services analytics and support by evaluating non-standard and non-urgent service needs
  • Support technicians in configuring and repairing KRM devices and connections with the 24/7 Operations Center
  • Log all cases to THD tool
  • Assign or direct cases to relevant experts or escalate to global when needed
  • Create knowledge base articles
  • Propose sales solutions (Packaged Service Repairs) to improve equipment reliability, comfort, and safety
  • Assist sales in assessing equipment maintainability before tendering for maintenance contracts
Training
  • Train local technicians during site visits and scheduled training sessions
  • Collaborate with local training centers in training courses
Quality
  • Create quality reports after remote support or site visits, highlighting issues requiring corrective actions
  • Proactively identify root causes and forward corrective actions
  • Review units for Clinica visits and note that these are performed by Field Troubleshooters
Safety
  • Operate within KONE safety requirements
  • Ensure sites follow global safety processes and guidelines
  • Follow safety procedures of customers, partners, and KONE
  • Report safety concerns
  • Stop operations if safety violations or hazards are detected
