Job Summary:
Job Title: Treasury Supervisor
Department: Treasury
Location: Dammam, KSA
Job Purpose:
To support the Group's business activities through managing cash and cash-flows in a planned, organized, efficient and cost-effective manner. Furthermore, to manage banking facilities with emphasis on scalability, competitive terms, optimal funding structure and effective management of banking relationships in a positive manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and the implementation of procedures and controls covering all related activities
- Ensure compliance of treasury policies and procedures
- Obtain competitive foreign exchange rates from banks for foreign exchange transactions
- Maintain effective relationships with banks
- Oversee the bank operational and functional teams - Funded side
- Oversee the bank operational and functional teams – Trade finance
- Oversee the planning and assignment of daily tasks of the bank relation officers
- Oversee the letter issuance, cancellation and maintenance of records
- Correspond with bank for the facility documentation, allocation, issues.
- Document Bank Facility E.g. Analysis sheet, Facility documents review
- Upload facility documents to share drive
- Follow-up with banks to retrieve old promissory notes, guarantees, etc.
- Share financial statements of AZAQ subsidiaries with banks
- Upload communication with banks regarding financials queries, financials, facilities etc. in share drive
- Maintain records of Bank Facility Security Documentation E.g. Corporate guarantees, etc.
- Oversee the allocation of banking facility within the Group companies
- Provide input on annual internal rating of banks and prioritizing utilization
- Close tracking of utilization as per defined priority
- Monitor covenants
- Monitor mandate compliance i.e. rent assignments
- Provide input on signatory authority mandates for AZAQ and Group BUs
- Implement and monitor signatory authority mandates
- Provide input on authorized banking activity mandates (Banking Representatives)
- Oversee the Group bank account details and controls
- Provide input during Selecting e-banking platforms to work with and related approvals
- Assist the treasury manager in nominating employees with Access rights / setting up authority matrix
- Assist in categorizing the bank accounts in the e-banking platform
- Assist in overseeing the use of banks’ electronic platforms; monitor and track related workflows and access rights
- Issue corporate credit cards out of credit card facility as and when required
- Track credit card accounts and related communication
- Prepare employee loan agreements with banks
- Assist in overseeing the preparation of weekly, monthly, and other on demand reports.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting
- 3+ years of experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
