- Transport, Trade & Logistics Specialist
Responsibilities
- Process and ensure the accurate application of Group PL guidelines and local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve cost, quality, delivery, and working capital (payment terms, lead times, order quantities, and purchased material inventory).
- Propose improvements to Standard Operating Procedures for optimization opportunities.
- Coach and mentor the functional work team, ensuring they have appropriate skills and competencies for PL activities.
- Manage PL technology, including systems and tools, to ensure effective implementation, operation, maintenance, and performance of Supply Chain systems in coordination with CSS Procurement Center.
- Ensure full utilization of SAP Ariba platform for supplier relationship management, sharing supplier information, and identifying high-performing suppliers.
- Investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to existing and planned PL processes.
- Lead and develop people, ensuring the team is well-organized, skilled, and motivated, with support from HRBP.
- Coordinate talent management and succession planning within the area.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing procurement in power/energy/manufacturing industries.
- Preferred certifications: CPSM or PMP.
- Experience with SAP, Documentation Management Systems, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven knowledge of P2P processes and systems.
- Results-oriented with strong implementation skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
