Managing execution and tracking of procurement activities within the team, ensuring quality of delivery service at improved transactional costs. Ensuring buyers minimize risks regarding quality and financial exposure by buying in accordance with quality and commercial procedures and Company guidelines.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Process and ensure the accurate application of Group PL guidelines and local SOPs to improve cost, quality, delivery, and working capital. Propose improvements to SOPs where opportunities for optimization are identified.
- Coach and mentor the functional work team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and competencies for PL activities.
- Implement, operate, maintain, and monitor Supply Chain systems and tools, including full utilization of SAP Ariba for supplier relationship management, in coordination with CSS Procurement Center.
- Investigate problems, identify root causes, and recommend improvements to existing and planned PL processes.
- Lead and develop people, ensuring proper organization, staffing, skills, and direction. Coordinate talent management and succession planning within the area.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience managing procurement in the power/energy/manufacturing industry.
- Preferred certifications include CPSM or PMP, with experience in SAP, Documentation Management Systems, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
- Solutions-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of P2P processes and systems.
- Results-driven with effective implementation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and persuading.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and uphold compliance and ethics.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
