Transport Analytics and Support Senior Manager

ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.

Objective:

The Transportation Analytics & Support Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the centralized command and coordination of transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, visibility, and proactive decision-making to optimize supply chain performance. This role plays a critical function in maintaining seamless logistics execution, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement in transportation management

• Develop and manage customer service functionality to ensure coordination and communication between operations and the customers
• Ensure the control tower team is properly structured and staffed to meet operational demands.
• Identify talent gaps and implement hiring strategies to attract and retain top logistics professionals.
• Develop succession planning to ensure leadership continuity within the team.
• Systems & Technology Management (ensure that DCT/YMS is operating efficiently, and coordinates with the respective teams to resolve issues related to the TMS and reporting features)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required
• 11 years experience in similar or related field, out of which 5 years at a managerial / leading position
• Experience that is/was technology centric for transportation and logistics operations.
