Job Description - Transactional Business Finance Sr. Leader - KSA (0093I4)

Strategic Advisory

1. Develop and maintain high level Business Acumen on Transactional Business.
2. Co-design and monitor with the Business the Quarterly, yearly and strategic roadmap (Forecast) to ensure profitable Growth and secure Target achievement.
3. Monitor channel Coverage, Distribution, optimized allocation of resources, financial performance/ profitability (e.g. Product / Sales Region).
4. Challenge / Support Commercial and marketing Strategy including AMSP and strategic initiatives to capture profitable growth.
5. Monitor action plans and understand change in the environment, root cause of performance issues / deviation with the roadmap, risks, and opportunities.
6. Decide corrective or compensation actions with the Business, Channel, Regions, support go/No go decisions on specific actions / opportunities to reach priorities and Target.
7. Monitor Pricing performance and support business teams to take right actions.

Business Performance Analysis and Collaboration with Other Finance Subfunctions

1. Contribute to Closing activities with performance team to ensure true and fair P&L reporting.
2. Help Business in understanding commercial performance across the different Business Model.
3. Performance follow up (Toplines, Profitability, etc.) in line with the different dimensions of customer, channel, Offers.
4. Liaise with other finance sub functions – Credit, Treasury, internal/external Audit, accounting, GSC finance etc.

Transformation and Other Key Areas

1. Build strong relationships with stakeholders (eg Sales, Marketing, Pricing), effectively communicate financial insights, and foster a culture of financial transparency and accountability.
2. Participate in the global or zone initiatives and take full ownership as well as leadership for the assignments, if any.
3. Be a team player with a commercial mindset, dynamic, proactive, collaborative, curious, and open-minded.
4. Have a digital mindset with a focus on standardization/automation/simplification.

Governance

1. Ensure Business Compliance and Ethics and support Business in risk detection and management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor in finance or business administration or equivalent.
2. English and Arabic Language proficiency.
3. 5 years of experience in business partnering, FP&A, finance controlling, and Audit from reputable MNCs or Big 4.
4. Good business acumen on transactional business.
5. Strong stakeholders’ management, organizational, and communication skills.
