Job Title: Transactional Business Finance Sr. Leader - KSA (0093I4)

Overview: The Transactional Business Finance Sr. Leader is responsible for developing high-level business acumen in transactional business, designing and monitoring strategic roadmaps, analyzing business performance, and ensuring financial compliance and ethics within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Advisory:
  • Develop and maintain high-level business understanding of transactional business.
  • Co-design and monitor quarterly, yearly, and strategic roadmaps to ensure profitable growth and target achievement.
  • Monitor channel coverage, distribution, resource allocation, and financial performance.
  • Support and challenge commercial and marketing strategies, including AMSP and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze environment changes, root causes of performance deviations, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Decide on corrective actions and support go/no-go decisions on specific initiatives.
  • Monitor pricing performance and assist teams in taking appropriate actions.
  • Business Performance Analysis:
    • Contribute to closing activities to ensure accurate P&L reporting.
    • Assist in understanding commercial performance across different business models.
    • Follow up on performance metrics like toplines and profitability across customer, channel, and offer dimensions.
    • Liaise with finance sub-functions such as Credit, Treasury, and Audit.
  • Transformation & Key Areas:
    • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate financial insights effectively.
    • Participate in global or zone initiatives, taking ownership and leadership.
    • Promote a team-oriented, commercially-minded, proactive, and collaborative culture.
    • Embrace digital mindset focusing on standardization, automation, and simplification.
  • Governance:
    • Ensure business compliance and ethics, support risk detection and management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration or equivalent.
    • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
    • At least 5 years of experience in business partnering, FP&A, finance controlling, or audit within reputable MNCs or Big 4 firms.
