The opportunity
EY has an established, industry-leading Transaction Diligence practice across MENA. We are seeking an experienced Financial Due Diligence professional to join us.
You will be a Senior Leader in the team, with opportunities for career development through diverse engagements, mentoring, coaching, and formal learning. Your key responsibilities
As a Director in the Transaction Diligence team, you will lead engagements, advise clients, and provide end-to-end solutions by analyzing the financial and operational results of companies targeted for sale. You will manage project teams, collaborate with team members, and foster strong internal links within transaction support and other departments at EY.
You will review financial information, participate in management interviews, understand key business drivers, and co-develop approaches with clients. You will also agree on value measurements, deliver insights and factual conclusions, and provide strategic advice.
You will plan, prepare, and review deliverables, including Excel data books, reports, presentations, and discussions with clients. You will identify opportunities to sell additional services and contribute to the firm's growth.
You are responsible for your own learning and development, coaching others, and fostering a positive learning environment for junior team members.
You will participate in broader team initiatives such as account management, client service frameworks, and recruitment.
Skills and attributes for success
