  • Manage training records, attendance, certifications, and LMS updates.
  • Handle course registrations, confirmations, and system-based bookings.
  • Generate quotations and invoices; coordinate with Finance for billing follow-ups.
  • Act as the first point of contact for trainees, trainers, and corporate clients.
