A leading company in the FMCG sector seeks a Training Manager to enhance the professional development of employees. The role includes implementing training programs, conducting evaluations, and developing training solutions to address business needs. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and fluent skills in Arabic, English, and Chinese, alongside relevant experience.
1.Responsible for assisting superiors in establishing an overseas customer service training system and designing and developing professional courses.
2.Responsible for the implementation of routine new employee training, process update training, and skill enhancement training for old employees within the business.
3.Conduct training effectiveness evaluation and project review through data analysis to continuously improve training effectiveness.
4.Explore business pain points through daily teaching, listening, and other methods, and develop training solutions;5. Regularly summarize and analyze training data, summarize work progress, and conduct weekly and monthly work reports. 1.Have the opportunity to systematically learn about Keeta's work methodology, training course development, teaching design, and professional teaching techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.Able to accept business trips;More than 2.3 years of full-time training experience, with experience in the customer service industry.
3.Possess strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities in Arabic, English, and Chinese, and be able to use three languages as daily working languages.
4.Possess good data analysis and textual summarization skills.
