Job Summary:

The Training Executive is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. They ensure that all team members receive effective onboarding, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities in alignment with company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement training programs to improve employee competencies and service excellence.
  2. Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and refresher training for existing staff.
  3. Assess training needs through feedback, performance evaluations, and management input.
  4. Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations tailored to operational requirements.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary improvements.
  6. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  7. Support department heads in identifying learning gaps and recommending development initiatives.
  8. Coordinate with external trainers or certification bodies when required.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in training, learning & development, or employee engagement.
  3. Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
  5. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools is a plus.
