What you'll be doing



At Chalhoub, we express the exceptional! Our Brand Trainer is responsible for imparting knowledge and awareness of the Luxury Gifts, Fashion, or Beauty category by using best training practices. Our Trainer will also research and localize materials on the category and brand, and in collaboration with Group L&D, will develop the training material to be delivered.
Our Brand Trainer will support the front-liners with on-the-job learning, as well as with monitoring performance and training needs analysis.
Responsibilities include:
  1. Conduct training needs analysis to assess team requirements
  2. Create, communicate, coordinate, & implement the training calendar for the year
  3. Research, gather, and localize brand material; collaborate with Group L&D to develop training content
  4. Acquire product knowledge of new brands and train the team accordingly
  5. Leverage digital tools to digitalize training content
  6. Analyze training data to identify usage patterns and gaps
  7. Create brand awareness at the frontline and cascade seasonal brand messages
  8. Deliver Brand Training Days and provide training to shop floor teams
  9. Monitor product training of Delegation brands
  10. Introduce interior design training related to the category/products sold
  11. Evaluate learners and training effectiveness; recommend new materials and approaches
  12. Participate in Group L&D events and best practice development
  13. Act as a Brand ambassador at internal and external events

What you'll need to succeed


  • Genuine passion for Client Experience, Client Engagement, Styling, and Fashion
  • Experience in a client-facing role within a Fashion Retail store
  • Experience with in-store training or brand presentations
  • Fluent Arabic and English language skills (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East
