Overview
Learning Associate: Well-honed communications skills, including presentation skills. Strong observational and analytical abilities. Able to provide feedback, mentoring, and training. Experience utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and intermediate English.
Responsibilities
- The Learning Associate is accountable for the synchronization and execution of training for all process paths in the Gratification Facility.
- Instructors evaluate and improve procedures and techniques to enhance learning performance and manufacturing across all departments in the building.
- The Instructor helps drive the success training strategies and sustain the requirements of the Gratification Facility labor force.
- Provide trainer training, monitoring, and coaching.
- Ensure training records are maintained up to date with the console and training materials are kept and delivered against the standard to provide a positive learning experience.
- Use and assess data daily to improve the New Hire learning experience.
- Provide feedback to Trainers and Peer Trainers on NH group performance.
- Complete all tests/audits and track responses.
- Organize (Trainers job) and monitor cross-training for procedures to sustain peak skill demands.
- Address procedures on an ability matrix to highlight gaps for essential role training.
- Support operations with the distribution of crucial function training.
- Improve procedures from collecting feedback and analyzing data.
- Support the recruitment of Teachers as well as Peer Trainers.
- Attend meetings as needed and provide required information.
- Collaborate with company managers to enhance new hire performance.
- Assist tasks with responses and improvements; manage multiple competing concerns.
- Show a methodical approach to tasks and a basic understanding of project management.
- Demonstrate a drive for the continuous improvement of learning and design processes; analytical and discreet in handling information.
- Experience as a Fitness Instructor or Teaching Assistant is preferred.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; intermediate English.
- Strong communication, observation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to mentor, evaluate, and train others; ability to manage trainer and peer trainer performance.
- Experience in learning and development, and ability to maintain training records and materials.
- Ability to work adaptable schedules (days and nights).
- Ability to work collaboratively with managers and cross-functional teams.
