Familiarity with local standards is preferred, and proficiency in English is required.

Context
The Traffic and Road Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of traffic and road systems in support of the BRT project. This role focuses on optimizing road layouts, improving traffic flow, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of transportation networks within the BRT project scope.
Traffic and Road Design:
Conduct traffic studies to evaluate current and projected traffic volumes and patterns.
Ensure that designs meet national and international traffic engineering standards and regulations.
Work closely with project stakeholders, including city officials, consultants, and contractors, to ensure alignment on project requirements.
Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct field visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
