About You

As Trade Marketing Manager, you will be part of the team in the Jeddah Office and in charge of planning, overseeing, optimizing, and coordinating how we go to trade through overseeing two commercial transformation levers: In-Market Execution (IME) & Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Integrate RGM levers/initiatives into the quarterly financial forecast process.
  2. Define & mobilize country/channel/customer pricing & promotion policies to realize brand pricing strategy.
  3. Run price elasticity diagnostics & make recommendations to optimize pricing strategy.
  4. Monitor in-market price ladder realization vs strategic indices & course correct where needed.
  5. Run periodic PPA analysis to identify white pack spaces & recommend adjustments/extensions to unlock revenue growth.
  6. Review product/channel mix & evolution, defining priority customers/channels/SKUs to drive mix improvement.
  7. Run post-promo ROI analysis and adjust promo spend accordingly.
  8. Develop & recommend commercial policy investment frameworks by channel/key customer.
  9. Define, enable, & monitor DPSM objectives & drivers by category & channel.
  10. Analyze, monitor, & report retail audit data; identify gaps & opportunities for insight-driven execution.
  11. Develop & oversee execution of NPIs GTM plan; monitor performance metrics.
  12. Ownership of BTL A&P budget; plan annual A&P by country, channel, & key customer for core range & NPIs.

In this role, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while prioritizing safety, mutual respect, and human dignity.
