JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood is currently looking for a Consultant Transmission Engineer with DWDM experience and Radio/GSM knowledge to work on the engineering and project management services with our Telecoms & Security team in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide a Radio/Transmission Network Design.
2. Expertise in many Telecom or Security systems.
3. Experience in Data Networks.
4. Proficiency in GSM technology, protocols, and standards.
5. Ability to design Radio Engineering and Transmission Systems.
6. Relevant work experience in Radio engineering, especially with TETRA systems.

1. BS Degree in Electronics & Communications / Electrical Engineering.
2. Certifications related can be beneficial.
3. Potential site visits to onshore and offshore sites (helicopter, boat).
