1. BS Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years experience in piping design
3. Able to prepare independently plot plans, piping plans, isometrics, stress inputs, support selection, MTOs, pipe calculations, hydrostatic test diagrams, datasheets, cutover plans, material selection, executing 3D model review session
4. Proficient in S3D and 2D software.
5. Exposure to stress analysis concepts.
6. Responsible for piping design, plant layout, piping stress concepts, and general requirements from construction, maintenance, and operability points of view.
7. Originate new and revise existing engineering deliverables.
8. Revise and check engineering deliverables against company procedures, standards, and checklists.
9. Supervise engineering work produced by juniors.
10. Conduct and receive training related to the job as required.
11. Plan and complete work within allocated man-hours effectively and plan work to avoid slippage.
12. Interface, coordinate, and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other team members.
13. Delegate and distribute work as well as manage billability of the team.
14. Coordinate with all disciplines (as necessary) in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensure that other disciplines' inputs are incorporated.
15. Go for site visits and verify site conditions, markup drawings, and perform as-built activities.
16. Manage deliverable submissions with required quality checks and proper management of records.
17. Technical report writing and preparation of presentations.
18. Full knowledge of Aramco, Sabic, and Royal Commission standards.
19. Technical bid evaluation, vendor document review, and subcontract scope management.
