ROLE OVERVIEW

Develop and direct implementation of compensation programs that provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees. Develop and recommend salary policy lines and administrative procedures. Develop and recommend incentives, cash programs (salaries, bonus) and cash-equivalent programs. Monitor competitive trends in compensation and identify the organization’s position compared to other employers and conduct and participate in surveys. Monitor the effectiveness of programs and recommend modification

ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES
The Total Rewards Manager responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Annual Pay and Benefits Review

  • Support the delivery of the annual review; provide relevant payroll, market pay, and employee engagement analyses and insights; draft employee communications and management briefings; prepare line-management decision-making tools.

Compensation and Benefits Program Design

  • Develop and manage the delivery of employee compensation structures and benefit programs, ensuring the needs of internal stakeholders are met and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Executive Reward Program Design

  • Develop and manage the delivery of annual and long-term executive compensation programs, providing effective support to the remuneration committee and ensuring that all regulatory and legal requirements are met.

Incentive Program Design

  • Support the design and delivery of employee incentive programs; provide relevant financial, operational, and business performance analyses and insights; draft elements of the technical design; draft internal management reports.

HR Data Management

  • Contribute to the development and testing of HR data collection forms or questionnaires in a specific area of expertise to ensure the collection of relevant data in line with defined requirements.

Leadership and Direction

  • Explain the local action plan, to support team members in their understanding of what needs to be done, and how this relates to the broader business plan and the organization’s strategy, mission, and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.

External Consultant or Contractor Engagement

  • Prepare briefings and information for external consultants or advisers to support the delivery of key projects and/or ad hoc services. Monitor and evaluate outcomes and recommend remedial actions where necessary.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in Total rewards practices
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong writing, analytical skills, and organizational skills
  • To manage records and data and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced data skills and experience with excel and SAP.
  • Sound knowledge of KSA labor laws regulating compensation and privacy standards.
  • Strong analytical (modeling, regression analysis, etc.) and financial skills with the ability to analyze data, evaluate programs, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and other key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support and build relationships to facilitate successful implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • CIPD or S/PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CEBS certifications are a plus.
