Job Opportunity: Senior Tool pusher / Rig Manager - Land Rig Operations

Location: Saudi Arabia (Rig-Based)
Rotation: 4 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Tool pusher / Rig Manager to lead land rig operations in Saudi Arabia. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high-performance drilling operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of drilling operations, ensuring safety and performance targets are consistently met.
• Lead and supervise rig crews, ensuring strict adherence to operational procedures and safety protocols.
• Coordinate closely with drilling superintendents and other stakeholders to align with project goals and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in rig performance and crew competency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling operations, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of land rig operations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Candidates with local operational knowledge and experience in Saudi Arabia are strongly encouraged to apply.
