The Role of the Bar ManagerAs a Bar Manager, your role goes beyond overseeing daily operations. You will play a key part in providing attentive and thoughtful service to our esteemed guests. Your responsibilities include leading and managing a team of 12, setting high standards, and actively participating in hiring, training, and development to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
You will foster a positive and supportive environment within your team, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued.
Our property is located within the iconic 99-storey Kingdom Tower, offering proximity to key business, shopping, and cultural sites, with 276 rooms, including 39 suites.
Food & BeverageThe hotel features three restaurants with a total seating capacity of 250 guests. Our event facilities include a ballroom and meeting rooms totaling 7,213 square meters, ideal for various events.
SPA and WellnessOur world-class spa offers 8 treatment rooms for men and 1 for women, along with high-end facilities and a fully equipped fitness center. The Spa team consists of 25 colleagues committed to providing exceptional service.
Knowledge and Skills- Preferably a college degree in hotel/restaurant management or business administration.
- At least two years of experience in a similar luxury environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a drive for excellent service.
- Problem-solving, benchmarking, and innovative capacities.
- Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, mocktails, menu creation, and P&L interpretation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience managing a bar program.
- Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of spirits and drinks.
- Excellent knowledge of mocktails.
