Project Overview

With over 80 years of experience in airport projects, including major airports in the GCC, Bechtel is excited about the future of aviation in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking candidates with experience in aviation, transportation, or complex public accessible buildings for a project management consultancy in Riyadh.

Job Summary

The Third Party Liaison Manager will develop and manage processes to coordinate with KSIADC Terminals Third Party stakeholders, including service providers, vendors, and suppliers. The role involves maintaining relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

Major Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison for third-party vendors and partners, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement processes and procedures.
  • Create a RACI matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities.
  • Facilitate structured communication among stakeholders and project teams.
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and document minutes.
  • Track and follow up on stakeholder actions and issues.
  • Support project strategies by collaborating with the client and stakeholders.
  • Monitor stakeholder engagement and escalate risks as needed.
  • Maintain records of interactions, approvals, and project developments.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on stakeholder inputs.
  • Report on project status and potential delays.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's in business, engineering, or aviation management, with 10-13 years of experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement on large-scale programs is required.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Self-motivated with a drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively across organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to influence results, manage conflicts, and perform under pressure.
