Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to enhance the customer experience by identifying critical needs and delivering optimal pharmaceutical healthcare solutions to achieve business objectives. The role involves managing a defined territory, focusing on healthcare professionals to build preference for Lilly, its products, and services for patients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with healthcare system customers, collaborating with Lilly team members to create tailored engagement strategies and customer-valued solutions.
  2. Utilize data to expand customer knowledge and inform decisions.
  3. Create multi-channel engagement plans, including personalized touchpoints and promotions, to impact product awareness and preference.
  4. Apply business strategy knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them.
  5. Connect science with patient outcomes, prioritizing the patient experience with Lilly.
  6. Adapt quickly to changing environments and marketplace dynamics.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • 1 to 3 years of sales experience in specialty therapeutic areas; experience in multinational pharma is desirable.
  • Proven success in sales and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of science, therapy areas, products, and competition, recognized as an expert by stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, proficiency with business tools, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving skills.

Additional Role Requirements

  • Primarily field-based role requiring domestic travel, including remote areas.
  • Registered pharmacist by SCFHS.
  • Clean driving record (if applicable).
  • Saudi Nationals only.
