Industrial Complex, Riyadh
The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
Assist in coordinating and overseeing the planning, execution, and handling of testing and commissioning activities for data acquisition systems (DASA) and analytical tools. Ensure the successful deployment and optimal performance of these systems and tools, aligning with project requirements and delivering reliable data and analysis for decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Accountability Areas
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Perform testing on relays and other equipment as per the project testing plan.
- Generate project and new equipment test reports.
- Report and troubleshoot non-conformances.
- Manage and oversee the resolution of punch lists during factory testing and site commissioning.
- Coordinate testing activities during customer inspections.
- Execute site testing and commissioning activities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Update and correct project documentation.
- Provide technical support by reviewing design documents before their release.
- Maintain records and documentation related to continual improvement.
- Keep records of corrective and preventive actions.
Management and Coordination:
- Coordinate testing and commissioning activities in collaboration with the department manager.
- Initiate continual improvement in consultation with the department manager.
- Initiate corrective and preventive actions with guidance from the department manager.
- Undertake tasks assigned by the department manager.
- Handle customer service responsibilities, including managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), site clarification, and providing support during site commissioning.
- Provide training to NG, Aramco, SEC engineers.
- Offer technical and hands-on training to site commissioning engineers.
- Resolve production issues during the installation of new relays.
- Provide technical support to the design team (ACCS, ACSE, AMI, DRP) during the detailed design stage.
- Generate technical site visit reports during the tender stage of new retrofit projects.
- Offer site support, including material arrangement, technical assistance, and online support to customers.
- Dispatch missing or shortage materials after panel delivery.
Shop Floor Maintenance:
- Maintain 6S activities on the shop floor according to respective zones.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and the delivery of high-quality products/services.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
