Summary of the job:

The main task of a Territory Manager in Trauma, TECA, MedTech, JNJ is to achieve business targets for assigned customers by providing high-standard promotion and technical support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Provide high-level orthopedic service for Trauma customers.
  • Support Trauma emergency cases as needed.
  • Spend approximately 75% of work time in field activities.
  • Organize effective meetings with targeted customers to deliver marketing and promotion plans.
  • Generate leads, handle customer queries including quotations and follow-ups.
  • Maintain good customer relations and coordination.
  • Provide timely and accurate product information, ensure stock availability, and optimize product consumption.
  • Support and service existing customers while developing new business opportunities.

Experience Required:
