Position Objective
The primary responsibility of the Territory Manager – SWIC & CC is to continually grow sales in the assigned territory and leverage all available resources to promote Getinge's SWIC and CC portfolios. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies to achieve both short- and long-term company objectives.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage sales processes for public and private hospitals, from need creation to successful deal closure.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and sales opportunities through a structured visit plan for complete territory coverage.
- Maintain the territory sales funnel with continuous updates and accurate information.
- Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets with precise forecasting.
- Regularly track, report, and analyze sales opportunities with your direct line manager.
- Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the assigned territory.
- Ensure compliance with Getinge policies in all daily activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and new products.
- Develop strategies to enhance sales of Getinge offerings.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, marketing events, conferences, and seminars.
Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related medical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in medical equipment.
- Strong commitment to compliance with local regulations, coupled with honesty, integrity, and excellent work ethics.
- Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal senior management and external stakeholders.
- Results-driven with strong business acumen and ownership mentality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
- Exceptional listening, organizational, and self-motivation skills; fluent in English.
- Ability to set and manage multiple competing priorities independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, analytical thinker with a focus on results and quality.
