Position Objective


The primary responsibility of the Territory Manager – SWIC & CC is to continually grow sales in the assigned territory and leverage all available resources to promote Getinge's SWIC and CC portfolios. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies to achieve both short- and long-term company objectives.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  1. Manage sales processes for public and private hospitals, from need creation to successful deal closure.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
  3. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  4. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and sales opportunities through a structured visit plan for complete territory coverage.
  5. Maintain the territory sales funnel with continuous updates and accurate information.
  6. Achieve annual and quarterly revenue and profitability targets with precise forecasting.
  7. Regularly track, report, and analyze sales opportunities with your direct line manager.
  8. Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the assigned territory.
  9. Ensure compliance with Getinge policies in all daily activities.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and new products.
  11. Develop strategies to enhance sales of Getinge offerings.
  12. Represent the company at exhibitions, marketing events, conferences, and seminars.

Qualification (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):


  1. Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related medical field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in medical equipment.
  3. Strong commitment to compliance with local regulations, coupled with honesty, integrity, and excellent work ethics.
  4. Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with internal senior management and external stakeholders.
  5. Results-driven with strong business acumen and ownership mentality.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, collaboration, and negotiation abilities.
  7. Exceptional listening, organizational, and self-motivation skills; fluent in English.
  8. Ability to set and manage multiple competing priorities independently.
  9. Willingness to travel extensively.
  10. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization.
  11. Proactive, analytical thinker with a focus on results and quality.
