Location: Based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

WeAreAspire Middle East is hiring a Tender Specialist - Based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh - to join our client in supporting high-profile events and exhibitions. Your skill in delivering high-quality, compliant tender submissions will play a key role in winning major experiential and cultural projects across the Kingdom.


Key Responsibilities:

• Review RFPs and tender requirements to extract relevant information and contribute to content planning.
• Work closely with the Head of Content to ensure alignment with content strategies and messaging.
• Conduct comprehensive research across the internet and social media platforms to obtain detailed information about the nature of the tender activities and collect all relevant data necessary to support the development of the content for the scope of work.
• Prepare a tender information summary outlining design specifications and key pricing elements that require prior coordination and planning.
• Prepare the technical proposal structure with professional formatting, formulating the content, preparing the project timeline and team structure, and fulfilling all tender requirements according to the scope of work, terms and criteria.
• Contribute creative content ideas that enhance proposal storytelling and align with project objectives.
• Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure visual and written content are seamlessly integrated.
• Follow up with design teams & other departments to receive our requirements.
• Write, reformulate, revise, proofread, and edit presentations, letters, and other content materials to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and a high level of professionalism.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop narratives and visitors experience content for events and exhibitions.
• Respond to internal feedback and revise content as needed to meet quality standards.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned content sections in line with internal schedules and submission deadlines.
• Collaborate with various departments, including project management and operations, to gather accurate content inputs.
• Prepare draft content for ongoing project presentations in accordance with the Head of Content's guidance and under direct supervision.
• Support the organisation and maintenance of the content library, templates, and internal databases.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 year's experience in tender writing or proposal coordination, ideally in the creative or content industry.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, able to work well under pressure.
• Experience in designing is a plus.
