Qualifications

Job description

We have an urgent requirement for Tenants Fit Out Manager for our client based in Riyadh Saudi.

Preparing lease outlines, drawing requests and lease exhibits for leasing, legal and mall teams---Must

Updating and maintaining tenant design criteria manuals for assigned centers--Must

Preparing tenant construction cost estimates (variation orders), contract request forms and other documentation as required--Must

Managing fit-out contractors, ensuring proposals, plans, layouts and finished property meet the requirements.---Must

Job profile: -

• Preparing lease outlines, drawing requests and lease exhibits for leasing, legal and mall teams
• Updating and maintaining accurate mall lease plans as required.
• Participating in regional leasing / legal / TC conference calls, effectively communicating with team members to ensure landlord work and tenant stores are built correctly, on time and within budget.
• Updating and maintaining tenant design criteria manuals for assigned centers.
• Updating tenant co-ordination reports for all assigned centers on a regular basis.
• Demonstrating good design skills and judgment in reviewing tenant plan submittals; taking initiative and responsibility to resolve design issues.
• Verifying submittals comply with mall design criteria and local and portfolio expectations.
• Collaborating with team members as required to ensure high quality storefronts and expedient store openings.
• Building positive working relationships with customers, including retailers, architects, store planners and consultants.
• Preparing tenant construction cost estimates (variation orders), contract request forms and other documentation as required
• Oversee the project teams to maintain the store opening schedule.
• Managing fit-out contractors, ensuring proposals, plans, layouts and finished property meet the requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• A minimum 5 years' retail fit-out experience
• A Bachelors' degree in an engineering subject, preferably architecture, from an accredited university
• A total of 5 years' experience in architectural and interior designing and site supervision
• Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, civil defense, food control, drainage, etc. is an advantage).
