The Job

  1. Assist DSM(SEW) in establishing operational objectives, plans, and policies for health and wellness services at the healthy ageing hub, aligning with corporate strategy.
  2. Develop fitness and wellness programmes and promotion plans to foster healthy ageing for TTH tenants, hub members, and the community.
  3. Provide specialized rehabilitation advice, health education, assessments, and consultations.
  4. Conduct strategic analysis of training requirements to maintain members' fitness and wellness.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders to design and implement relevant programmes.
  6. Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners, including professional organizations, government departments, user groups, and private agencies.
  7. Maintain good working relationships with all concerned parties.
  8. Undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The Person

  1. Degree in rehabilitation science or equivalent.
  2. At least 10 years of experience, including 3 years in community settings or recognized healthcare institutes; elderly/geriatric service experience or chronic disease programmes are preferable.
  3. Experience in health promotion, well-being, public education, or healthcare background with industry connections.
  4. Experience in self-financing services sector is advantageous.
  5. Self-motivated and proactive.
  6. Familiar with 'Ageing in Place' practices in the community.
  7. Strong team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Proficient in English and Chinese.
  9. Mature, service-oriented, attentive to details.
