As the Sales Operations Executive - Mortgage, you will be responsible for following up with clients, ensuring they provide the required documents for a loan eligibility check, and guiding them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to follow up, build rapport, and collect necessary documents for a loan eligibility check
  • Proactively assist clients in submitting loan application documents and ensure smooth processing with banks
  • Maintain strong, persuasive communication to provide updates, answer queries, and guide clients toward finalizing the sale
  • Collaborate closely with mortgage consultants to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address customer concerns effectively, overcome objections, and escalate any issues that may arise to close deals
  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and sales potential

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in banking and sales representation;
  • Experience in the Telesales field is a plus

Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of mortgage process and eligibility;
  • Familiarity with loan application processes, eligibility calculation, and document collection;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Fluent in Arabic (required) and English (required)
