Job description:Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the technical support operations within the telecommunications sector, ensuring timely issue resolution and optimal service delivery.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, integrating modern technologies to improve telecommunications infrastructure and efficiency.
- Develop and implement technical planning strategies, optimizing network performance, scalability, and resource allocation.
- Manage internet network operations, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency in service delivery.
- Supervise and enhance programs and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, enhance operational effectiveness, and improve service quality.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 05 years in a managerial role within the telecommunications sector
• A bachelor s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CCNP, or similar are preferred
• Saudi nationality (applicants must be Saudi nationals)
